Delivery

At present the Camera Centre can only offer delivery to a UK address, or an address in the EU (European Union).

The carrier we use will vary dependent on the size, weight and destination of your order. A delivery charge is applied to each order shipped to the same address. Please note that an order can however be comprised of several items.

Our Standard Delivery Charge of £6.99 (inc VAT) will be applied to all orders despatched to an address in the UK. But at our discretion we may apply our Small Item Delivery Charge of £1.99 (inc VAT) to light weight items such as digital memory cards. An Overseas Delivery Charge of £19.99 (inc VAT) will be applied to all orders despatched to an EU (European Union) address.

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

If the stock is available, all orders received through the Camera Centre web site are usually processed and despatched within one working day of receipt of order.

So if the items ordered are in stock, and you place your order before 12.00 Noon Monday - Friday, your order will usually be despatched on the same day, for delivery on the next working day.

If the items ordered are in stock, and you place your order after 12.00 Noon, your order will be despatched on the following working day, for delivery on the next working day after that.

In either case, this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, and delivery can sometimes take several days.

Can I track my order?

The progress of your order can be tracked up to it's despatch date by logging into your Camera Centre online shop account, and selecting the appropriate order number previously notified by email.

Lost Packages

Despite our best efforts parcels are ocassionally lost in transit. If your order has not been delivered within 10 days of the despatch date, please contact your local post office to check whether the goods are being held there for collection. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held there, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.

Please be aware that if goods are not delivered it is essential that you contact the Camera Centre within 30 days of the despatch of your order. Failure to inform us of non delivery within 30 days of despatch will mean that an insurance claim cannot be made, and you will therefore not be able to claim any loss from the Camera Centre.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and return the goods IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of the date of delivery, we undertake to exchange the item(s)returned, or if requested refund the purchase price paid. Postage and Packaging will usually only be refunded if the goods supplied were faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If your purchase develops a fault within 30 days of receipt of goods, we will generally exchange the item or offer a refund, provided the item is in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
