The Sony Cyber-shot HX5 digital camera offers a combination of compact
design, high quality still images and 1080i HD video, and a wide-angle
10x optical zoom lens. The highly efficient 10.2 megapixel Exmor R CMOS
Sensor captures superb quality images with great contrast and colour,
and sharp enough for detail-packed enlargements. Its design also boosts
sensitivity while reducing image noise for superb low-light pictures.
The Cyber-shot HX5's powerful BIONZ image processor ensures clear,
detailed, low-noise images and enables quick, responsive shooting. The
Sony HX5's 10x zoom lens offers focal lengths from 25mm wide-angle for
group shots/landscapes, up to 250mm telephoto to bring distant subjects
closer and get you closer to the action (focal lengths in 35mm
equivalents). As you would expect from Sony, the Cyber-shot HX5 is
